Frequently Asked Questions

Please contact us if you cannot find an answer to your question.

There are 2 ways around installing depending on your soil type. If you have hard / rocky ground, it is best to bang in the pegs first into your desired location, then sit the edging on top and screw in to attach to the peg. If you have soft grounds, it is best to secure the peg first to the garden edging, then use a rubber mallet to gently bang in the pegs in the edging

If you have grass on one side of the edging, it is highly recommend that you dig it in a little bit. This will then stop the grass from growing underneath.

Our edging is 1.6mm thick which has been formulated to work with curving the edging but also providing sturdy garden edging.

As soon as the edging is outside or gets any sort of water on it, it will begin to form the rust patina. to have a full coating this will take approx 4 weeks.

Corten steel can last for decades to come! The biggest thing I can suggest is to google Corten Steel. This will give you all the answers.
